SUSPENSION AND BAN POLICY

Disciplinary Action

While we here at CyberSports hate performing any disciplinary action on our fantastic customers, sometimes situations can come up where we need to give people time to cool down through suspensions or even in extreme cases ban players from the game outright. Following this introduction, you will find a set of guidelines that govern our decision making process when these situations come up.

Of course, while we have done our best to make these guidelines as encompassing as possible, our customers are intelligent and creative people. Thus we anticipate encountering scenarios that aren’t covered by this policy. In such cases, a Customer Support Representative will fully evaluate and research each case on an individual basis and take fair and appropriate action.

If you have received a warning, suspension or ban that you feel is undeserved, please contact us through our Support Site at http://support.footballsuperstars.com/.. Such appeals will be reviewed by a Customer Support Representative to determine if the initial decision was appropriate or not. Please note that these appeals offer no guarantee that disciplinary action will be reversed.

Warning: This is a communication from a Customer Support Representative alerting you that you violated a policy and your action should cease immediately. These warnings will be permanently noted on your account, and three or more warnings may lead to more severe disciplinary action.

Suspension: When your account is suspended, you will no longer be able to access your account for a specified period of time. The more severe the offense , the longer the suspension. Once the suspension period is over, you will again have access to your account. Multiple suspensions in a relatively short period of time may result in a permanent ban.

Ban: When you commit a particularly egregious offense, you will have your account permanently banned, or terminated. A ban is considered permanent and everything on your account will be lost.

Offenses that can result in a Warning

In all cases, a warning can become a suspension or immediate ban if the offense is severe enough, and the Customer Support Representative deems it appropriate. You will receive a warning if you:

1. Create a character with a purposefully misleading name in order to deceive other players.
2. Become aware of an exploit and share it with other players and do not report it to Customer Support.
3. Are abusive, obscene, offensive, sexually explicit, ethnically or racially offensive, or threatening to another player or an official FOOTBALL SUPERSTARS representative.
4. Use role-playing as a reason for violating any of FOOTBALL SUPERSTARS stated rules.
5. Spam support channels or send support tickets with false information or repeatedly submit tickets under priority categories in order to bypass the support queue.
6. Buy in-game goods or services for real world currency through a 3rd Party online auction site or any other venue.
7. Fail to follow the instructions of authorised FOOTBALL SUPERSTARS personnel.
8. Use in-game communication channels to advertise or market non-game related content (chain letters, MLM schemes, etc).
9. Advertise, exchange, or arrange for exchange pirated software or copyrighted materials using the FOOTBALL SUPERSTARS client or platform (forums, email, VOIP, etc).
10. Advertise, request or otherwise solicit emulation software for running a FOOTBALL SUPERSTARS server without the authority of CYBERSPORTS staff.
11. Publish private communications from CYBERSPORTS, their agents or representatives within the game world, official web site, or other venues without prior authorization.
12. Transmit or upload any copyrighted material for which the individual does not own all rights or have permission from the author or copyright holder or arranges to receive such material.
13. Engage in grief tactics against other players/teams.
14. Create a character or club with a name that violates the FOOTBALL SUPERSTARS Naming Policy.
15. Advertise or promote an online auction or auction site (such as eBay) on our forum or official communication channels, either in or out of game, or any other venue.
16. Spam official communication channels, both in or out of game.

Offenses that can result in a Suspension

In all cases, a suspension can become an immediate ban if the offense is severe enough, and a Customer Support Representative deems it appropriate. You will be suspended if you:

17. It is revealed you are using third party software to affect game play or otherwise gain benefit over other players. Any items, FS Dollars, or experience gained while using such software will be removed or deducted.
18. Illegally obtain items from another player through use of an exploit or cheat method.
19. Advertise or promote a site that features content that is defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive, obscene, offensive, depicts graphic violence, is excessively gruesome, sexually explicit or vulgar, or promotes anti-gay sentiments or hate groups.
20. You willfully uses a bug to gain advantage over other players in the game.
21. Willfully ignore instructions by a CYBERSPORTS employee to discontinue errant behaviour.
22. Impersonate a CYBERSPORTS employee, Game Master or other Customer Support Representative, or any representative of FOOTBALL SUPERSTARS.
23. You have three previous warnings for breaking any rules set forth in the EULA, Terms of Service or other rules or guidelines.

Offenses that can result in a Ban

All bans are immediate and permanent. You may be banned if:

24. You are found to have used an exploit after a public announcement stating such use will result in a ban.
25. You have been previously warned for exploiting and continue to exploit, whether using the same exploit or another.
26. You are found to have been involved in a duping exploit. Any items or FS Dollars created this way will be immediately removed from game.
27. You are engaged in activity that intentionally causes others to lose connection, suffer latency issues (lag) or to crash to desktop (CTD).
28. You interfere with the performance of the FOOTBALL SUPERSTARS servers or web site.
29. You have defrauded another player of his account through use of misinformation or impersonating a FOOTBALL SUPERSTARS official. NOTE: No employee of CYBERSPORTS will ever ask for your password. Should someone claiming to be a CYBERSPORTS representative request your password, don’t give it. Instead, notify a Customer Support representative immediately by submitting a ticket on our support website. Please retain all related documentation in the event it is needed during a possible investigation.
30. You deciphered, hacked into or interfered with any transmissions to or from the FOOTBALL SUPERSTARS servers or web site. You engaged in any activity that increases the difficulty and/or expense of CYBERSPORTS in maintaining the FOOTBALL SUPERSTARS client, server, web site or other services.
31. You organised or participated in a club or group that is based on or advocates any anti-ethnic, anti-gay, anti-religious, racist, sexist or other hatemongering philosophies.
32. You sold in-game goods or services for real world currency through an online auction site or any other venue.
33. You have advertised the sale of FOOTBALL SUPERSTARS in-game goods or services for real world currency through an online auction site by using the in-game chat channels, through our forums or by any other venue.
34. You have divulged private and/or personal information about another subscriber or an official FOOTBALL SUPERSTARS representative through the FOOTBALL SUPERSTARS client or web site.
