Read all about them!

Continuing our series of exclusive PMC interviews, we pulled West London Fury (WLF) manager Halsey a few questions about the club, his management style and most importantly what is going on with those podcasts!
I am a man of few words so forgive if it's a bit short.
1) What would you regard as being the main strength of WLF?
I regard our main strength as our set pieces, they are not the best but still they are pretty good especially our corners.
2) What defines WLF as a team to make it stand out among the other PMCs?
Well I would say we have a sort of randomness about the club which actually seems to make things a bit more fun because you can never predict what type of performance you're going to get from a team like WLF.
We are also the only team to have a wide selection of media available to the FS world.
3) What have been your greatest and worst moments?
Well our best moment was when we beat SFC Spirits 1-0. The goal was a complete fluke but a win is a win. We we're the underdogs and we came through and won it and our defence was unbreakable that day.
Our worst moment is when we we're supposed to play Synergy and my assistant coach at the time (Bechkam) decided to play against Athletico Castilla and that sparked a lot of arguments which I never want to go through again. However on the lighter side that also gave a couple of people a good film idea.
4) How do you go about developing your newer players?
Well we teach them the concept of disappointment which we get quite a lot of :D but we also we try to play them in as many matches as we can or they are gonna get bored then they start making a fuss and they will get on your nerves.
5) How do you see the team developing in the coming months?
Well to be honest I don't know because we are going through a slight rough patch but we hope to develop our timekeeping because you can't do much with half a squad. We also like to improve our defending because being a weaker PMC we have to really perk up the defence because most opposition will come at us fast.
6) How would you describe your relationship with the other PMCs?
Well I would describe I have a good relationship with other PMCs and especially with a few guys in Eurostar who seem to like the podcasts.
7) Your becoming somewhat of a celebrity in the FS world with a cult following of your podcasts, what can we expect from these in the near future?
Well the celeb status I have got over the past couple of weeks is amazing and let me take this chance to say I am honoured and thankful for everyone who has followed these podcasts.
Well the podcasts started when I wanted to try a new approached which will catch the attention of our players but it seems its caught the attention of people from many other teams in fact it's got more attention from other teams than my own team.
I also might try to squeeze the podcasts on our new radio station Radio WLF which you can listen to everyday at certain time which are stated on our website.
So that's it from me and I would like to wish people a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
