Player Managed Clubs now LIVE!
We are extremely happy to announce the launch of the long awaited Player Managed Clubs (PMCs) within Football Superstars!
This has been by far the most eagerly anticipated addition to the game and there are already many PMCs waiting to sign up and pit themselves against the competition.
What are PMCs?
The central concept behind Football Superstars is that every single player (with the exception of the Goalkeepers) on the pitch is a real person. PMCs take this to a new level, no longer are you playing with a group of people who have been thrown together for a common cause, you are now playing for the success or failure of your very own club.
As the manager, you can hand pick those who you feel show the right stuff and will complement your squad. You call the shots, assign positions, arrange the matches and ensure the day to day running of the team. You can design the kit and the team logo, name the team and promote people to act as captain or scout as you see fit.
As a player and a member of a PMC, it is your responsibility to support your team mates, play your position and work to earn that much coveted place in the starting line-up. Your team mates will be relying on you more than ever before, so give it your all. You will be able to enter your PMC into tournaments, track your position up the league and challenge other PMC teams.
PMCs will add a far greater level of team work and co-operation into the game. As you become accustomed to playing with the same people you will begin to operate as smoothly as a well oiled machine, allowing for a far more tactical experience. Of course, other teams will be doing the same, so the competition will be stiff.
Premier League stuff!
PMCs are premium content, which means you will need to be a subscribed player to create one or organize matches with delegated rights (i.e. coach or captain), and as well as having a subscription, you will also need to pay the sum of 50,000FSD to the PMC registrar in order to process the team registration.
So, if you like the sound of running and being part of a whole team of Superstars, go start your club by following the steps in the game guide. From there you just need to get players on your books and arrange your first match.
