Goal of the Month: May
This week has been an important one for democracy, a week where everyone had the chance to cast their vote and decide who was truly the worthiest of candidates. The lead up and the discussion around the voting has been intense, with many impassioned arguments throughout, but the polls have now closed and the votes have been counted.
That's right, Goal of The Month is upon us once again!
After a very closely fought battle, Jotta has pipped Naff at the post with an incredibly cheeky back heel which leads the keeper blushing. Therefore we give a big hearty congratulations to Jotta, and well done to everyone else who made it to the finals.
So it is that last month's voting for Goal of the Month is over, but like the Phoenix rising from the flame, the cycle is endless. With the conclusion of one month's competition comes the birth of the next. So it is that I present you with the five finalists from May!
