This week saw the launch of a mini-patch to address a handful of issues some players had been experiencing. Specifically, the Goal Keeper slide bug, the invisible player bug and a number of general stability and performance issues have all been fixed.

We have a whole host of events coming up that will appeal to new players and more experienced players alike. "Red vs Blue" quick play, low level PMC events, Vermillion FC's 7 a side tournament and SC Germania's "FS Champion's League" are all taking place throughout March, as well as midweek gaming specials, so head over to the events calendar and find something you like!

There are a lot of new PUMA items in the latest version of Football Superstars. These not only make your player look different from everyone else and make them stronger on the pitch, but also now carry a fame bonus! Simply head over to the PUMA store in game and find some items that suit your player and your playing style! If you can't afford them, why not add some Bonds to your account?

Over the last week we have been testing the new competitive mode within Football Superstars. This allows us to organise games where all players have identical skills, stats and items within completive play.
Equal stats ensure that players of a lower level are given the opportunity to hold their own against normally much higher ranked players, great news for our cash prize tournaments that we will be hosting very soon!

Over the past week you may have experienced some problems with the connection to Football Superstars. After the recent deployment of RC127 we experienced a bug which occasionally disconnected players from the game server, this same bug is also affected access to the game servers.
We had hoped for a quick fix but this took slightly longer than anticipated, but rest assured that we have now got a fix that is so far doing the trick.

If you are reading this, you can be sure that the new Football Superstars release is out and ready for you to download!
This new version has lots of new features that will make Football Superstars more accessible, more playable, more competitive, and most importantly, more enjoyable!
We have a new look world environment, a new set of character animations and new competition modes to allow players to compete at the same level... making your skill on the pitch the most important factor to winning. The game will play on lower spec machines and it will also download quicker as it is smaller. Good news all round!

The animations in Football Superstars have undergone a makeover since the last release, giving more realism to the game. Frames have been removed to allow players to turn sharply, move on and off the ball with more power and to increase the reaction time of players and goalkeepers alike!

We have been very busy in the FS world, with lots of changes going on to make Football Superstars even better; this is an exclusive insight into the next instalment which is almost finished, ready for you to play!
One of the biggest changes made in the upcoming patch is the facelift that the Football Superstars world has undergone. The team have been busy rebuilding the world, making it look prettier and most significantly, making it smaller.
