Swansea reach play-off final

Swansea City FC have reached the play-off final after beating Nottingham Forest 3-1 last night (May 16th).
The club has been away from the top flight for 28 years, but goals from Leon Britton, Stephen Dobbie and a late strike from Darren Pratley sealed victory last night, after the first leg ended in a 0-0 draw.
Forest substitute Robert Earnshaw threatened to upset Swansea, when he scored in the 80th minute and later hit the post, though Swansea eventually claimed the victory.
Swansea football manager Brendan Rodgers said: "They have been heroic over the two legs and deserve everything.
"The quality and excitement from both teams in the game must have been fantastic for TV and was probably worthy of the final itself."
Tonight, Reading will face off against Cardiff City in the final play-off semi-final, with the winners going on to face Swansea at Wembley on May 30th.
The first leg of the tie also ended 0-0.
